The white wine Colli di Rimini Bianco DOC is made from Trebbiano Romagnolo grapes (50-70%) and Biancame and/or Mostosa (30-50%), with the permitted addition of other white grape varieties (up to 20%).
The wine has a more or less intense straw yellow color, and a delicate scent, ranging from fruity to floral. It is dry and tasty, with a balanced taste.
The wine is suitable for most dishes.
