The red wine Colli di Rimini Rosso DOC is made from a rather large variety of grapes: Sangiovese (50-75%) and Cabernet (15-25%), with the permitted addition of up to 25% Merlot and/or Barbera and/or Montepulciano and/or Ciliegio and/or Terrano and/or Ancellotta grapes.
Having such an unusual grape composition, the wine acquires a ruby red color and a rich, distinctive bouquet. It also has a good body, it is quite rich and sometimes its taste has light tannins.
Enjoy to tortellini and sausages.
Aging potential is up to 3 years.
