This wine is made from Pignoletto grapes (85-100%), locally named Rébola, with the permitted addition of Biancame and/or Mostosa and/or Trebbiano Romagnolo grapes (0-15%).
Colli di Rimini Rébola Dolce DOC is a dessert wine which, in terms of color, varies from pale straw to light golden. The scent is typically delicate and fruity, while the taste is sweet, balanced and very soft.
A dessert type and an aperitif type are also available, namely Colli di Rimini Rébola Amabile DOC, Colli di Rimini Rébola Passito DOC and the dry Colli di Rimini Rébola DOC.
