This version of Colli di Rimini Rébola DOC is a sweetish, balanced and soft dessert wine. Rébola is the local name of the Pignoletto grape (85-100%), to which may be further added Biancame and/or Mostosa and/or Trebbiano Romagnolo grapes (0-15%).
The color of Colli di Rimini Rébola Amabile DOC varies from pale straw to light golden. The scent is typically delicate and fruity, while the taste is sweetish, balanced and very soft.
