Bosco Eliceo Sauvignon DOC is, not surprisingly, made from Sauvignon grapes (85-100%), with the permitted addition of Trebbiano Romagnolo grapes (0-15%).
The wine is straw-colored and it has a delicate, almost aromatic fragrance, and a dry, or sweetish or sweet. All types have a velvety texture and they can be still, sparkling or semi-sparkling Frizzante.
The dry Bosco Eliceo Sauvignon DOC is suitable for fish dishes, while the sweet one is suitable for desserts or fruit.
