Bosco Elicio Bianco DOC is a white wine made from Trebbiano Romagnolo grapes (70-100%), as well as Sauvignon and Malvasia Bianca di Candia grapes (0-30%), with the permission to add other non-aromatic grapes (0-5%).
The wine has a light-straw color and a delicate flavor, which is actually very inviting. It has a characteristic, but not particularly intense fragrance, and a dry, slightly sweet taste, which varies between dry, sweetish, moderately sweet and sweet.
Although all types are fresh and balanced, the sweet type is suitable for desserts, while the dry one is a good accompaniment for local fish dishes. Sometimes, Bosco Elicio Bianco DOC may be fizzy and quite enjoyable.
A semi sparkling Bosco Eliceo Bianco Frizzante DOC is also available.
