A straw yellow white wine with green tints, nose vinous, appealing and with a characteristic, fresh and characteristic bouquet. The taste is dry, full-bodied, balanced and at times quite fruity.
The grape blend is Montonico Bianco (locally known as Mantonico) (50-100%), Greco Bianco and/or Malvasia Bianca and/or Pecorello Bianco (0-30%). To these may be added permitted green grape varieties.
Should be drunk young, paired with fish or as an apertif.
