A Calabrian white produced using the significant Greco grape (90-100%) with the addition of Trebbiano Toscana (0-10%)
Its colour is more or less straw yellow, with a tempting, vinous bouquet coupled with a dry, balanced, delicate, lively (lightly tickles the tongue) and characteristic taste. New techniques have resulted in wines with a subtle, almost floral and mature fruit taste. In the hands of good wineries, this wine can be quite convincing/persuasive. Minimum alcohol strength, 11.5%
Should be drunk young.
