Castel del Monte Uva di Troia Riserva DOC is a dark ruby-garnet wine. The scent is distinctive, vinous and balanced, while the taste is dry, with light tannins in the aftertaste.
The mandatory aging period is 2 years and must begin on January 1st of the year following the harvest and including 1 year spent in wooden casks.
