Castel del Monte Bombino Bianco DOC is a white wine made from the Bombino Bianco grape (90-100%), with the permission to use local non-aromatic white grapes (0-10%).
The wine is a more intense straw yellow, the smell is delicate and harmonious, with a distinctive bouquet. The taste is dry, slightly fruity and balanced.
To be enjoyed for insalata di luccio (salat with pike) and risotto with shellfish.
