Castel del Monte Uva di Troia DOC is a ruby to garnet red wine, made from the Uva di Troia grape (90-100%), with permission to add local red grapes (0-10%).
The bouquet is vinous, dry and balanced; the taste is dry, with light tannins in the aftertaste. The scent is distinctive and inviting.
There is also produced a barrel aged Castel del Monte Uva di Troia Riserva DOC.
