Castel del Monte Pinot Bianco DOC is a recent and very promising white wine.  As the name suggests is the main grape Pinot Bianco (90-100%) with permission to add local white grapes (0-10%).

The color is a rather intense strew yellow, with an intense, characteristic scent, and a dry, harmonious taste.

There is also a light sparkling Castel del Monte Pinot Bianco Frizzante DOC made from the same grape composition.

‘Terra al Monte’ from Rivera winery should especially be highlighted.
