Castel del Monte Cabernet DOC is produced from Cabernet and/or Cabernet Franc grapes (90-100%), with the permission to add local non-aromatic red grapes (0-10%).
This red wine has a characteristic scent and it is a dry, pleasant and full-bodied wine. The color is ruby red, which turns to garnet red after a few years.
Castel del Monte Cabernet DOC is also available as a barrel aged Riserva type.
Enjoyed to sausages, pasta and grilled kid.
