Castel del Monte Bianco is a white wine made from one of the following grapes: Pampanuto (Pampanino), Bombino Bianco or Chardonnay, with the permission to add up to 35% other non-aromatic grapes from the zone.
The wine is a seductive, straw yellow and delicate wine, with a pleasant, vinous and fresh dryness.
There is also available a light sparkling Castel del Monte Bianco Frizzante DOC used as an aperitif.
