Collio Goriziano Riesling Renano DOC is a pale yellow to dark straw-colored white wine which, put in the hands of the right producer, will have the true qualities that come with the Riesling grape.
The scent is intense, delicate and pleasant, while the taste is dry, distinctive and harmonious.
As in the case of the Riesling type in Alsace or Germany, the wine is enjoyed with various dishes.
A barrel-aged Collio Goriziano Riesling Renano Riserva DOC is also available, with a period of aging of no less than 2 years and minimum 12% alcohol content.
