Collio Goriziano Merlot DOC, made from Merlot grapes (100%), has an intense ruby red color and a scent that is characteristic of the grape, namely with a slightly grassy background. The taste is dry and the aftertaste is slightly bitter.
The barrel-aged Collio Goriziano Merlot Riserva DOC has a mandatory period of aging of no less than 3 years, of which 6 months in wooden barrels.
