This red wine is made exclusively from Pinot Nero grapes (100%) and here in Collio Goriziano DOC it produces a more or less intense, ruby red wine with a distinctive and intense scent. The taste is dry, inviting and very soft.
Enjoyed with a variety of dishes.
A barrel-aged Collio Pinot Nero Riserva DOC is also available, with a required maturation of 3 years, of which 6 months in wooden casks, and minimum 12% alcohol content.
