As the name suggests, Collio Goriziano Cabernet Sauvignon DOC is exclusively made from the Cabernet Sauvignon grape, which produces a ruby red wine with garnet hints.
The scent is distinctive and characteristic of the grape, thus intense and inviting, while the taste is dry, round and balanced.
Enjoyed with most dishes, but perfect for red meat.
The barrel-aged Collio Goriziano Cabernet Sauvignon Riserva DOC, with a mandatory aging period of no less than 3 years, of which 6 months in barrels and with 12% alcohol content, is also enjoyed with red meat.
