Valdadige Terradeiforti Enantio DOC is a red wine made from the local grape Enantio (85-100%), with the permitted addition of other local red grapes (0-15%).
The result is a deep ruby red wine, with garnet reflections that come with aging. The aroma is fruity, characteristic and slightly spicy, while the taste is dry, full-bodied and harmonious.
The minimum mandatory aging period is 10 months, starting with November 1st of the harvesting year.
The wine combines perfectly with most meat dishes.
An aged Valdadige Terradeiforti Enantio Riserva DOC is also available, as well as the dessert wine Valdadige Terradeiforti Enantio Passito DOC.
