The red Valdadige Terradeiforti Enantio Riserva DOC is made from the same grapes as the non-aged Valdadige Terradeiforti Enantio DOC, meaning the Enantio local grape (85-100%), with the permitted addition of local red grapes (0-15%).
The result is a deep ruby red wine with garnet reflections. The aroma is fruity, characteristic and slightly spicy, while the taste is dry, quite rich and harmonious, often with hints from the barrel-aging.
The mandatory aging period is 3 years, starting with November 1st of the harvesting year.
The wine pairs well with steak.
