Valdadige Terradeiforti Enantio Passito DOC is a red dessert wine made from the same grapes as the dry type, Valdadige Terradeiforti Enantio DOC. The main grape is the local Enantio (85-100%), to which it is permitted to add other local red grapes (0-15%).
This is a dark ruby red wine with garnet reflections, which become more pronounced after aging. The aroma is wide and deep, slightly fruity, while the taste is rich, ranging from semi-sweet to sweet. This is a harmonious and pleasant wine.
The mandatory aging period is 2 years, starting with November 1st of the harvesting year.
The wine is a good accompaniment of dessert.
