Valdadige Bianco DOC is a white wine made from the Pinot Bianco and/or Pinot Grigio and/or Riesling Italico and/or Müller Thurgau and/or Chardonnay (20-100%) grape varieties, with the permitted addition of Trebbiano Toscano, Nosiola, Sauvignon and/or Garganega.
If the wine is made from grapes originating in the province of Bolzano, the label will indicate the German name Etschtaler Bianco DOC.
Valdadige Bianco DOC is a straw-colored white wine, with a vinous, inviting and distinctive aroma. The taste is harmonious, fresh, moderately acidic. Sometimes, it can be slightly sweet.
The wine is a good accompaniment of antipasti, clear soups and fish dishes.
