This sparkling white wine has the same grape composition as the non-aged Trento Spumante Bianco DOC, namely Chardonnay, Pinot Bianco, Pinot Nero and/or Pinot Meunier. The producers are free to choose between grape varieties.
This wine is also known as Trento Riserva DOC.
Trento Spumante Bianco Riserva DOC has fine persistent bubbles, a characteristic color, and a light, delicate scent of yeast from the grape skins. The taste is balanced and full-bodied, and intense golden to straw yellow color, and a characteristic aroma.
Trento Spumante Bianco Riserva DOC has a minimum aging period of minimum 36 months before being released on the market.
The wine can be enjoyed as an aperitif, or with oysters, lobster or pastries.
