Enjoyed with various dishes.
The aging potential is up to 2-3 years.
A barrel-aged Friuli Colli Orientali Friulano Riserva DOC is also available, with 11% minimum alcohol content and a period of aging of no less than 2 years, beginning on November 1st of the harvesting year.
