Leverano Bianco DOC is a dry, but at the same time a soft white wine, made from the grapes Malvasia Bianca (50-100%), Bombino Bianco (0-40%), with the permission to add up to 30% other local white grapes.
As previously mentioned, the wine is dry and soft, the color is straw yellow and the scent is lightly vinous and delicate. The flavor is delicate, balanced and distinctive.
Best enjoyed with fish.
On the same grapes, there are also the two dessert wines, Leverano Bianco Passito DOC, and Leverano Bianco Vendemmia Tardiva DOC, made of late harvested grapes.
