Leverano Negroamaro Rosato DOC (or Negro Amaro Rosato DOC) is made from the same grape as the red wine, Leverano Negroamaro DOC, namely the grape Negroamaro (85-100%), with the permitted addition of other red grapes (0-15%).
The wine is pink to light cherry colored, with a slightly vinous, very fruity scent. The taste is dry, soft and characteristic.
Locally, enjoyed to most meals.
