Leverano Bianco Vendemmia Tardiva DOC dessert wine is made from the same grapes as the other dessert wine type, Leverano Bianco Passito DOC and as the dry white wine Leverano Bianco DOC. Therefore, the grapes are Malvasia Bianca (50-100%) and Bombino Bianco (0-40%), with the added permission of up to 30% local green grapes.
The grapes must not be harvested earlier than October 1st in that year.
Leverano Bianco Vendemmia Tardiva DOC is golden yellow and has a characteristic and intense scent. The taste is sweet and very soft.
To be enjoyed with desserts.
