Gravina Rosato DOC is a fairly rare rosé based on the same grape composition as the red wine Gravina Rosso DOC. The grapes thus consists of Montepulciano (40-100%), Primitivo (20-100%) with the permission to add local red grapes, usually Aglianico, Uva di Troia, Merlot or Cabernet Sauvignon (0-30%).
The wine is light pink with a distinctive, pleasant, fruity fragrance. The taste is dry, fresh, fruity, mineral, smooth and delicate.
