Gravina Passito DOC is a dessert wine based on the Malvasia grape, mostly likely the Malvasia Bianca Lunga variety (100%). Before pressing, the grapes undergo a slight drying process that ensures higher sugar content and less water, resulting in a higher alcohol content in the finished wine.
The wine is golden yellow with a tendency to amber after aging. The aroma is intense and distinctive, while the taste is velvety and pleasant and either sweetish or sweet.
Enjoyed for dessert or in quiet moments.
