This is a light, straw yellow Spumante based on the grapes Grecanico and/or Chardonnay and/or Inzolia and/or Damaschino and/or Grillo. To the extent that one of the aforementioned grapes makes up at least 85%, the grape's name must appear on the label.
The wine has a straw yellow color with green reflections, together with a delicate, more or less fruity, aroma. It's well-tasting, invitingly fresh, subtle and balanced.
Served as an aperitif or with fish.
