This aged Reserve version is produced from Sicily's frequently-used Syrah grape (85-100%). Local red grapes can also be added (0-15%), and the grape composition is the same as for the unaged Delia Nivolelli Syrah.
Delia Nivolelli Syrah Riserva is an intense, ruby red wine with orange reflections that intensify after aging.
The mandatory aging period is 2 years, and can, at the earliest, begin January 1 the year after the harvest.
