This white wine uses the grapes Grecanico and/or Insolia and/or Grillo (65-100%), with permission to use additional local green grapes (0-35%).
The wine is more or less intense, straw yellow and occasionally has flecks of green. The aroma is delicate and more or less fruity and distinctive. The taste is dry and balanced.
Goes well with fish.
There is also a Frizzante-type made from the same grapes.
