Delia Nivolelli Rosso is a red wine made from the grapes Nero d’Avola, Pignatello (Perricone), Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah and Sangiovese, either alone or in combination (65-100%). Local red grapes can also be added (0-35%).
This is a more or less intense, granite red wine. After aging it takes on orange reflections. The aroma is vinous and delicate, and the taste dry, pleasant, warm, harmonic and tannic. After aging it becomes almost velvety.
Goes with most on the table.
