This red wine is made from the same grapes as the unaged Delia Nivolelli Cabernet Sauvignon (85-100%), with permission to use additional, local red grapes (0-15%).
This is an intense, ruby red wine with a tendency towards orange-red, which appears after aging. It has an intense, but pleasant, bouquet, together with a dry, full, characteristic, inviting, balanced and an appropriately rounded, tannic taste.
The mandatory aging period is 2 years, which may begin, at the earliest, January 1 of the year after the harvest.
