With its ruby red color and purple reflections, this red wine presents a delicate, characteristic and fruity aroma. The taste is mellow and harmonious.
The grape composition is Nero d’Avola (Calabrese) (85-100%), with permission to add local red grapes (0-15%).
There is also a Reserve version, where the mandatory aging period is 2 years, the alcohol concentration 12% and the shelf life 4-5 years.
