Contea di Sclafani Cabernet Sauvignon is an interesting red wine based on Cabernet Sauvignon (85-100%), and local red grapes may also be added (0-15%).
The color is dark ruby red with a tendency towards granite. The aroma is characteristic, and the taste is exceedingly rich and well-rounded.
Goes well with most everything.
There is also a Reserve version, where the mandatory aging period is 2 years, the alcohol concentration 12% and the shelf life 5 years.
