The wine is produced by the classic, Metodo Classico, method with a second fermentation in the bottle, and the result is a sparkling rosé wine (Rosato), with fine, persistent foam. The color is pink cherry, the scent intense, persistent and the taste dry, full and harmonious.

Enjoyed as an aperitif or to grilled fish.
