Salice Salentino Pinot Bianco DOC is a quite new and very promising DOC white wine, made from Pinot Bianco grapes (85-100%), with the permitted addition of up to 15% Chardonnay and/or Sauvignon.
The fragrance of this interesting white wine is distinctive and invitingly fruity. The taste is dry, velvety and characteristic of the grape. The required alcohol content is at least 10.5%.
A sparkling Salice Salentino Pinot Bianco Spumante DOC is also available.
