Salice Salentino Aleatico Dolce DOC is a dessert wine produced from the Aleatico grape, with the permitted addition of up to 15% Negroamaro, Malvasia Nera and Primitivo grapes. The wine must have an alcohol content of 13%, + 2% residual sugar.
After aging, it is known as a lovely, stylish and elegant wine.
When Salice Salentino Aleatico Dolce DOC is aged for 2 years, the word “Riserva” must be mentioned on the label.
The aging potential is 9-10 years.
