This rosé wine has the same grape composition as the red wine, Gioia del Colle Rosso DOC, meaning Primitivo grapes (50-60%) Montepulciano and/or Sangiovese and/or Negroamaro (40-50%) and Malvasia Nera (0-10%).
Gioia del Colle Rosato DOC is pink colored, with a slightly vinous scent. When it is young, it has a distinctive, fruity bouquet. The taste is dry, fresh, harmonious and stimulating.
