This amazing wine has the same grape composition as Gioia del Colle Aleatico Dolce DOC, meaning Aleatico grapes (85-100%), most often only a small part Negroamaro and/or Malvasia Nera Primitivo (0-15%).
The color is intense garnet red, with purple reflections, which turn orange with age. The scent, which develops with age, is extremely delicate and distinctive. The taste is full-bodied, velvety and moderately sweet.
Gioia del Colle Aleatico Dolce Riserva DOC is an impressive red wine with a required aging period of 2 years, out of which 1 year should be in wooden barrels.
