Controguerra Chardonnay DOC is a white wine primarily made of the grape bearing the same name, Chardonnay (85-100%). Local green grapes can be added (0-15%).
The result is a moderate, intense straw yellow wine. The aroma is delicate, inviting and distinctive. The taste is dry and balanced.
Goes well with the local 'crostacei' (stuffed olives) and risotto.
