The white wine, Chardonnay di Torgiano DOC, is a fresh and fruity number made from Chardonnay (85-100%), with permission to add other green varieties from the area (0-15%).
The color is a more or less intense straw yellow, and the wine has a characteristic, intense and exciting aroma, along with a dry, fruity taste with a slightly acidic aftertaste.
Some producers are able to achieve fine results after barrel aging.
Goes well with fish.
