Once again it's Cantine Lungarotti, who is the pioneer of this type of red wine. Cabernet Sauvignon di Torgiano DOC contains Cabernet Sauvignon (85-100%), along with other authorized, non-aromatic red varieties (0-15%).

Cabernet Sauvignon di Torgiano is an intense and insistent wine, and the ones from the Miralduolo area's fields possess especially great finesse. The color is garnet red, and the taste is dry with a characteristic aftertaste. Mature after 3 years.

Mandatory aging is a minimum of 1 year, of which 6 months are in the bottle, and the wine is released for sale on December 1 of the year after the harvest.

Goes well with roast, lamb and aged cheese, and has a shelf life of 3 years.
