This drier version of Erice Spumante has ’Brut’ as a last name and is based on the Chardonnay grape (70-100%), with permission to add local green grapes (0-30%). The wine's second fermentation takes place in a pressure chamber, the so-called Martinotti method.
Erice Spumante Brut has a fine and lasting froth and a straw yellow color. The aroma is characteristic and delicate, with hints of fermentation. The taste is fresh and persistent.
