As the name implies, this dessert wine is produced from the Sauvignon grape (95-100%), with permission to add local green grapes (0-5%).
Color wise, Erice Tardiva Sauvignon spans from straw to golden yellow. The aroma is characteristic and persistent, while the taste is sweet and balanced.
Vendemmia Tardiva means ”late harvest” and refers to the late harvested grapes, which produce a higher alcohol concentration.
