This dessert wine uses the same grapes as Erice Moscato, so Zibibbo (Moscato di Alessandria) (95-100%), with permission to add local green grapes (0-5%). The difference in the two wines lies in the vinification, where the grapes are partially dried prior to pressing.
The color is golden-yellow, the aroma is characteristic and persistent. The taste is sweet and harmonious, and therefore goes well with desserts.
