Erice Cabernet Sauvignon is a red wine based on the grape of the same name (85-100%) with permission to add local red grapes (0-15%).
The wine is more or less intense, ruby red, and the aroma is ethereal, inviting and slightly grassy. The taste is dry and harmonious.
