Rosato is a delicate, pink-colored rosé, with a fresh and fruity aroma and a smooth taste. Made from the same grapes as Aglianico del Taburno Rosso, which is the Aglianico grape (85-100%), with permission to add local red grapes (0-15%).
Mandatory aging is a minimum 5 months or until March 1 after the harvest year.
Goes well with most everything on the table.
