Squinzano Rosato DOC is one of the most compelling wines from the Apulia heel tip. As the red wine, Squinzano Rosso DOC, this Rosato (rosé) is made from Negroamaro grapes (70-100%) and Malvasia Nera di Brindisi and/or Malvasia di Lecce, Sangiovese (0-30%, maximum 15% Sangiovese).
Sqiunzano Rosato DOC is a clear, almost coral-red wine, with a delicate fragrance and a fresh, soft taste which accompanies many dishes.
